一步：一般的施工工序

Step 1: general construction procedures

屋面一般的施工工序為，驗收找平層→清理基層→配制水泥粘合劑→做附加層→基層施工→保護層→養護。

The general construction process of roof is: acceptance of leveling layer → cleaning of base course → preparation of cement adhesive → making additional layer → base course construction → protective layer → maintenance.

在卷材鋪設粘結之前，首先將屋面的防水卷材預鋪開，并找正，之后將屋面防水卷材兩端對著卷起，將已配制好的水泥粘結劑倒入基層上，用刮板均勻地刮開。后將屋面防水卷材向前推鋪，并及時使用刮板排除遺漏于屋面防水卷材內部的空氣，將多余的粘結劑刮出來。屋面防水卷材與找平層的粘結率為85%。

The bonding rate between roof waterproof coiled material and leveling layer is 85%.

二步：卷材間接縫

Step 2: joint between coiled materials

隔汽層、防水層與附加層，均采用搭接縫方法。使用水泥粘合劑粘結，寬度為10cm，而附加層接縫與防水層接縫錯開>5cm。屋面防水卷材搭接寬度長邊在8-10cm內，短邊在10-15cm內，相鄰短邊接縫需錯開>100cm，墻面與地面夾角處均>30cm。

三步：防水保護層

待卷材鋪粘完畢之后，于防水層上做1:2.5的水泥砂漿保護層，厚度為2cm，分為兩次抹成，二層接茬須錯開>20cm。保護層要求平整，且需灑水進行養護。
